Karina Cremona founded Property Max Realty 6 years ago. Karina saw the need for an agency in the area which specialises in Property Management services and assists investors to maximise the return on their investment properties.
With 15 years experience in Property Management Karina has extensive knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act as well as hands on experience.
Being an investor and a home owner herself she understands the importance of your income, maximising that income and reducing any risk or avoidable costs. Karina has exceptional time management skills, negotiation skills and her professionalism is superior.
As founder of Property Max Realty she has the highest venture in your property and treats every one of her investors and properties with the highest level of integrity and respect.
